Faure Requiem
Faure Requiem - A Fitting Farewell Kelvin West Church hosts a farewell celebration for Glasgow Cathedral Choral Society as takes a final bow after over 85 years. Members past and present join Cathures Chamber Choir for a workshop performance of Faure’s Requiem and choral favourites. With solos from Soprano Kira Kaplan and Baritone Ross Cumming, the choir and orchestra will be directed by Michael Cameron-Longden, and accompanied by Alan Kitchen on organ.
Big Hymn Sing-In
Kelvin West Church hosts the return of the Big Hymn Sing-In. A joyful community event for anyone who loves singing hymns. Join Glasgow University Chapel Choir and Director, Katy Lavinia Cooper, with Alan Kitchen on organ, for an evening of uplifting music.
